What To Include

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a short description of what you were trying to do. If the issue is about team lookup, include the FPL team ID or team name you tried to find.

Team Lookup

You can find a team by team ID, manager name, team name, or account lookup. If a public team cannot be found, check the spelling and try the numeric FPL team ID.

Connected Accounts

Connected account features use the official Fantasy Premier League sign-in flow. If sign-in does not complete, try closing and reopening Meta FPL, then start the connection again from the app.

Notifications

Deadline reminders depend on notification permission and device settings. Check Meta FPL notification permissions in your device settings if reminders do not appear.

Response Time

Support requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Most app review or urgent support requests receive priority attention.
